About This Spring

The first Bathhouse stood where the tennis building sits today. The sulfur water issues from the ground at 62 degrees and is heated for comfortable bathing. To this day it is pumped to The Greenbrier Spa. The statue on the Springhouse dome is Hebe, the Greek Goddess of youth.
