About This Spring

Mineral-rich water kept between 90-95 degrees year round. Swimming and snorkeling also available.

FindASpring Team Update:

As of 2025, Crater Hot Springs is part of the Homestead Resort. There are multiple pools available other than the crater, including a family pool, a lounge pool and some exclusive spas.

As for the crater, it is a geothermal spring which sits at a depth of 65 feet and an average temperature of 95 degrees. Scuba diving is a popular activity and certifications are available on site.
