FindASpring Team Update:
As of 2025, Comal Springs is dried up, with Edwards Aquifer at an almost record low (40 feet lower than normal). There has been only one other point in history where Comal Springs in Landa Park, New Braunfels has dried up. This extended drought is caused by multiple factors from low rain fall to over-pumping from Comal County and Texas State Water.
Comal Springs has bounced back before, and we hope it can do so again.
