I found a spring in Rockbridge, Ohio.  It’s located right on Rockbridge Rd. When you turn in from U.S 33 to Rockbridge rd, you turn left on main Street. Take it all the way until it turns back into Rockbridge road. It’s on the left side and you’ll see Roadside parking on the right in front of the spring. Looks like this one would need a to be filtered. I asked the locals if it’s a good spring and they said many people I’m the community drink from it. This is all I know about this springs.
