Mandala Springs is a retreat center. Spring is located on private property. They generally allow people to get free drinking water but be respectful. Spring is regularly tested. There is a small spring in front of the building they call “the good water” but it has a low flow rate, if you only have one container to fill this will work otherwise there is a hose behind the building that comes from a cistern and is pressurized. Ask someone where it is.
