There is a natural spring of fresh water that has flowed from inside one of Manchester, KY’s Appalachian Mountains to provide residents of Clay County with fresh water for decades. All one needs is bottles, or jugs, pull up to the water source, and fill up. It is all free and been enjoyed for longer than anyone could even attest too.
