In Warren Indiana on S. Scout Cabin Rd., there is an old still in use Scout cabin. If you drive south 2 to 300 feet you will see a pull off on the right hand side of the road. You will see a bunch of brush piled up from the towns residences. When you pull in if you walk back north to the brush line roughly 50 to 70 feet from the road you will see a spring. This is all city owned public property you are allowed to take as much as you want.
