As of 2025, Harbin Hot Springs is a retreat offering eight different clothing optional pools of varying temperatures from cold plunges to saunas. There are even ADA-Accessible pools making it open to all people. Spa services are available for those who are interested in a private experience, though regardless of the one chosen, all pools are chlorine free and are treated with a combination of hydrogen peroxide, ozone gas, and ultraviolet light.
There is currently some construction on the property with the intention of setting up hotel buildings. Right not there are a variety of picnic, meditation, and camping areas.
