Its basically a concrete container with spring water flowing out. Seems to be privately owned and the owners have a box to leave a tip. Leave a couple bucks to keep this one available and the owners happy. Good water. You need to turn around in someones driveway basically to get back out. It is circled with the yellow circle in the photo. First right after “Life Garden Veggie and Vegan” if coming from Aguada.
