Spring located in picnic  area just outside Petrofka, 63 km north of Saskatoon Costco.  Drive 2 km north of the highway 12 bridge over the north Saskatchewan River, turn right on 781, then  immediately right into picnic area. Keep left at the first and second Y’s in the road and the parking space is 50m past the second Y. Follow trail for 10 meters and you will see it.
Its a large PVC pipe with high flow rate. Fills a 5 a Gallon  jug in about 10 seconds. There are ton of mosquitos, so wear pants and jacket in summer. You can keep feet dry, but it’s hard. I just wear flip flops.
Sign says to boil for liability reasons. I have been drinking it straight for 6 months. I met a man who has been drinking it for 20 years. He just puts it through a charcoal filter.
