Although it’s not ultra low TDS like the Kearney Natural Spring, there is NO question about it, this Metcalfe Rock Spring in Kolapore Uplands is indeed very special, it’s has a blueish, purple violet colour that you can clearly see in the vid & pic. I believe this water is coming from or running along an ancient underground glacier in that area. My only water sample did show levels of both Total Colifrm & E.Coli bacteria in the water, so you are drinking this water at your own risk. Although we both drank this water with no ill effects, I’m looking forward to taking more samples in the future & encourage you to do the same.” – Mo Rosati

From the parking lot, just follow either of the trails for about 3 minutes which lead to the wooden bridge where the spring is located. You might need a carrying device if you are using large glass bottles.
