Tchentlo Lake Warm Springs consists of three remote and serene pools located on the shore of Tchentlo Lake. Though the springs are relatively cool, they are fairly easy to access, with their view being more than enough to make up for the low temp. The three pools vary in temp between each other, with the middle pool being the warmest at around 75 degrees F, 24 C. Though the area itself is not ideal for camping, there are spots at the Forest Service campsite across the inlet of the lake at the narrowest spot.
To reach Tchentlo Hot Springs in British Columbia from the closest town of Fort St. James, follow Highway 27 north for 54 km (33 mi.), then turn right onto the Leo Creek Forest Service road and follow signs to Tchentlo Lake Lodge, where you can rent a boat to access the springs on a small bare point visible about a kilometer away from the lodge on the south side of the bay.
