This spring is part of a flourishing “hotspring” town called Caldas de Monchique. A spa has been built around the hotspring so you have to pay for it, but this one is fresh and drinkable and free. I’m a fervent powerspot and spring worker and I can say that this is my number one favorite spring. The water from the Fonte do Amor is the most heartwarming living water I’ve ever encountered. This spring is said to make you fall in love with life ?? I’ve filled up all my empty bottles and on my walk back to the van i came across a ripe Kumquat tree ? breakfast for the coming few weeks is settled ?????. It is in the middle of a park that’s quite steep in a valley so make sure your prepared to carry your container for the hike.
