In the area there are several springs, this one being one of the easiest to track.

Its flow is continuous – becoming the longest river this place on the planet soundgiven Denmark

The water is clear and tastes very good.

A few hundred meters northwest you find another spring, Skjernåens udspring.

The whole area is an exeptional area for mushroom gathering and in general wild food foraging.
