Scenic Hot Springs is a privately owned free retreat, with a natural hot spring located in the beautiful Washington, Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest. To get to this spring, it is 2 mile hike through some steep and rugged terrain. Reservations are required before visiting, with a minimum of a 48 hour notice required. Waiting times can be backed up, so stay vigilant for an opening when attempting to visit. There are no overnight options for camping or nighttime soaking. Keep in mind that these reservations do not grant exclusive access to the spring. Groups who request privacy can reserve Exclusive Access for a price of $300.
The property owners of Scenic Hot Springs have recently restored the spring from three soaking tubs into one large pool. During the time of the three tubs, spring temperature averaged around 105 degrees, depending on season and time of year. This large pool should maintain similar temperatures.
