This dam is located at the bottom of the spillway at Alcoa Reservoir. It says directly in between the power plant and the spillway. To access it you must park just passed the bridge on the road to the power plant and walk in. It is worth it.  on the GAIA map it shows another hot spring that is inside the canyon above. But that one doesn’t exist. I think this is the one that they are trying to mark and the coordinates are wrong.
