This is truly an amazing place. The old fashion bath houses take you back in time. Super peaceful tranquil….Omni Homestead Resort and Spa. This place is rich in history. Such an amazing spot!

As of 2025, The Jefferson Pools, now known as the Warm Springs Pools, is a recently renovated resort spring which carries a lot of history. Initial concerns over its failing structural integrity, it is now part of the OMNI Homestead Spa and Resort and is accessed through reservations only. Its historical significance, and original name, stem from the many American presidents who have soaked within the bath house.

The United States Geological Survey has determined that these springs have a remarkably uniform rate of flow and temperature. Unaffected by changes in the seasons, the waters remain at a natural body temperature all year and flow at the astounding rate of 1,700,000 gallons per day. The waters have an unusually high level of mineral content and are so crystal clear a book can easily be read through them.
