Dewar Creek Hot Spring is a well preserved and maintained spring, requiring a lengthy hike through the well conserved wilderness to reach. The hike itself is around 5.5 miles, 9 km, in length, winding through forests, river banks, and wooden bridges.
Eventually the hike will break out into a large open area where the hot springs reside. The Purcell Wilderness Conservatory is active in removing man made structures in the area around the springs, except for a solo tub.
