Water temperature ranges from 100-110 degrees. Soaking pools can be reserved in 2 hour slots.

As of 2025, Mystic Hot Springs is a natural hot springs resort, offering lodging, soaking, and concerts. The water flows naturally down the hill at a temperature of 165 degrees, cooling as it descends. Once it reaches the soaking areas, the temperature cools to between 100-111 degrees F. There are 2 20×20 pools for reservations, as well as 5 two person cast iron bathtubs. Reservations do not include private access, soaking areas are shared between mutual bookings.
For overnight stays there are cabin, buses and camping/RV options available. There are over 30 originally restored pioneer cabins available. There are eight buses available for renting as well, they are a collection of restored vintage buses, each with their own charm.
