Tallheo Hot Springs consists of two close but distinct hot springs along the South Bentinck Arm. Only accessible by boat or float plane, this spring is located North of the creek inlet, while the second spring is just north of this location.
The main soaking pool is within a rocky hollow above the high-tide line, the water is clear, odorless, and sits at a comfortable soaking temperature. The origin of the spring is very hot, sitting at around 156 degrees F, 69C, but cools as it flows.
Both locations are on the edge of the ocean, providing beautiful views of mountains and wildlife. There is a campsite north of the springs for those who wish to extend the stay.
