Frizzell Hot Spring is a remote and hard to reach soaking tub on the South side of the Skeena River, only accessible during the river’s high tide by boat. This makes the spring not only hard to reach but dangerous as well for unexperienced boaters. The spring is located on private lot 6449, permission from owner is required prior to visiting.
The spring itself has temperatures ranging from 100 F to 115 F, 38 C or 46 C, and is fed by three nearby vents. Despite the challenges associated with reaching the location, Frizzell Hot Springs remains a beautiful and unique destination for experienced boaters seeking an off-the-beaten-path adventure.
