Directions: Another hot spring pool located in Hot Springs, MT.
Features: Big Medicine features outdoor cement pool that is about 6 foot by 15 foot wide and 3 feet deep. There is also camping spots, tepee and cabin rental available we hear are inexpensive. There is a soaking fee of up to $8 daily charged via an honor box. The tempature is about 100 degrees.
Overall: This is a local hot springs plunge, it’s a low key no frills place to soak. One of serveral hot springs fed by Camas Hot Springs well.
