This lake is well known for its clear water, its visibility is about 25’,  I regularly see folks that have driven hours to fill up jugs. The boat launch marked here is on the shallowest place on the lake unfortunately. Use discretion based on wind direction and look for sediment in your jugs. I have drank the water from this lake for 3 years unfiltered and know many that do the same winter and summer.
