On Gravel Lick road, almost directly across from the Fishing Commission Boat launch parking lot. Have drank a lot of water from it and also had it tested once using Penn State Ag lab.

Comes up under Leeper, PA address, but it’s VERY near Cooksforest state park. Either head north on 36 from I 80 toward Cooks Forest State Park. Before reaching Cooks Forest, make a left on Iron Bridge Road, follow that until you reach T Road off of Route 36 until you reach intersection of T-168. Turn right and follow T168 until you T off at Gravel Lick Road. Turn right onto Gravel lick road and follow it about 1 mile. The spring will be on your right (boating launch parking lot across the road on your left (if you cross the bridge and go over the clarion river, you went too far). Alternatively, you can Go on 36 North, all the way past Cooks forest State Park, and then turn left on Miola Road, then another *immediate* left onto Gravel lick road. Follow it down the hill and across the bridge over the Clarion River. After crossing the bridge, go just about 1/2 mile. The spring will be on your left. You can park in the boating launch parking lot directly across the road (on your right).
